Grattiano is an online casino and sportsbook that keeps its casino lobby, live dealer tables, sports betting and rewards programme behind one login. It presents itself as an international platform for adult players in supported markets, and its own site is grattiano.com. This page is an independent information page with an affiliate link to Grattiano and is not the casino's official website. The figures below come from public pages about the brand, and where those pages disagree we say so.
One wallet pays for casino games, live tables and sports bets, so you can move between sections without a second deposit. Around that sit the reward features: daily cashback, a Lucky Wheel, Lucky Boxes, Daily Missions, a Reward Center with a Shop, tournaments and a VIP Club. Play runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and an installable web app is mentioned as well.

The short answer is that we could not confirm it. No page we checked says that Grattiano accepts players from Canada, and none says that it refuses them. Grattiano's own wording is that registration is open to eligible adults in supported markets where real-money online gaming is permitted.
The official site did not open for us. When we tried grattiano.com it answered that the website is not accepting visitors from the visitor's country. That test ran from outside Canada, so it does not tell us how the site behaves for you, but it shows that some countries are blocked. Whether yours is one of them shows when you reach the registration form, where you should give your real country of residence. Do not use a VPN or a proxy to get around a block: operators generally treat a hidden location as a breach of their terms.
Sources do not agree. The page with the most detail names Fortuna Games N.V. as the operator, under a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority numbered OGL/2024/112/0974. Other pages mention Costa Rica, or UKGC and MGA, which contradicts the Curaçao named in that page's own text. Curaçao is an offshore licence. It tells you which authority the casino answers to, but it gives the operator no standing with a Canadian regulator, and we found no provincial registration. Grattiano says its licensing information is shown in the site footer, so compare the operator name and number there with what the licensing authority publishes.
Ontario runs a regulated market, and iGaming Ontario tells players to use sites run by fully registered and approved operators in Ontario. An Ontario resident should therefore treat Grattiano as an offshore site outside that framework, because we found no sign that it is registered there. Other provinces regulate gambling in their own way, and some, such as British Columbia with PlayNow and Quebec with Espacejeux, run provincial sites.
The legal age is also set by province. It is 19 in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan, and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Grattiano asks for 18 or older, so in most provinces the provincial age is the one that applies.
Grattiano advertises a welcome package for new casino players and a separate package for sports bettors. The numbers vary from page to page, and the casino's own terms decide what you receive. Before you deposit, you can check the current welcome offer at Grattiano.
The figure quoted most often, and the one shown on the brand's banners, is 400% plus 350 free spins across the first qualifying deposits. Pages disagree on the ceiling and the currency: one gives €2,500 in its header and £2,200 in its text, another describes 100% up to €500 with free spins, and a third speaks of 600% over four deposits. The sports side has its own package, quoted as 300% up to €1,000 over three deposits on one page. Read the bonus terms in the cashier before the first deposit.
| Term | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Wagering | The multiplier, and whether it applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. Two pages mention 35x |
| Maximum bet | The highest stake per spin while the bonus is active. One page mentions €5 |
| Validity | How many days you have to finish the wagering. One page mentions 30 |
| Game weighting | Which games count. Slots usually count in full, live casino and table games little or not at all |
| Maximum win | Any cap on what you can win from bonus funds or free spins |
These are third-party figures, not confirmed rules. As an illustration only, a bonus of €200 with 35x wagering on the bonus means €7,000 of qualifying bets before it can be withdrawn.
Banners describe daily cashback of up to 35 percent, said to be paid as real money instead of bonus funds. One page puts the early cashback at up to 15 percent, and the rate you receive depends on your account tier and VIP level. The Lucky Wheel is a daily spin that can award bonus funds, free spins, Lucky Boxes or Shop credit. Lucky Boxes and Daily Missions add smaller rewards, and the Reward Center gathers your progress. Points can be exchanged in the Shop, and the VIP Club adds higher cashback and priority support as you move up.
The lobby is split into labelled sections: Top Games, Hot Games, New Games, Bonus Games, Jackpot Games, Mini Games, Table Games, Live Casino, Tournaments and Slots. Pages quote the total at 5,000 titles or more, and one says 7,500. This page says thousands.
Slots are the largest category, from three-reel classics to video slots with Megaways, cluster pays and bonus buy, plus fixed and progressive jackpots. Studios named for the lobby include Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, Novomatic, BetSoft and Spinomenal. Bonus games are tagged, so you can filter for titles with free spins or feature rounds. Two terms help you choose. RTP is the share of stakes a game returns over a very long run, and volatility describes how often and how large the wins tend to be. High-volatility slots pay rarely and can drain a small bankroll quickly, so match the game to your budget.
Live tables stream roulette, blackjack and baccarat with real dealers, alongside game shows produced like television programmes. LuckyStreak, BetGames and Golden Race are named as live and virtual suppliers, and the live lobby is described as open around the clock on desktop and phone. Live games usually count little or nothing toward bonus wagering, so a player who prefers the live tables should weigh that before taking a welcome package.
For short sessions there are mini games, crash formats, Keno and virtual sports, where a result arrives within seconds. Because the rounds are fast, stakes add up faster than they feel. Set a session limit before you start, and check whether these games count toward any bonus you hold, since instant games are frequently excluded or counted only in part.
Sport is a full section of the platform, on the same account and wallet as the casino. Football comes first, backed by basketball, tennis and other major and emerging sports, with bets placed before the start and in play. Because the wallet is shared, a deposit made for the casino can also fund a bet, and the sportsbook shares the reward programme with the casino. Coverage of leagues and cups is deepest in football, and smaller sports vary with the season. Check the price on the betting slip at the moment you confirm, because live odds move quickly. Sports bettors can take a separate welcome package, but its figure is quoted differently from page to page, so read its terms, including minimum odds and rollover, before you accept it.
The practical question for a Canadian player is the cashier. None of the pages we checked lists Interac, Canadian-dollar accounts or any other Canadian payment method, and amounts are quoted in euros or pounds, so assume that your money will be converted. The methods you see depend on your country and account, which is why this section describes what public pages mention and not what your cashier will show.
| Method | What sources mention |
|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard | Bank cards, shown in the payment icons |
| Apple Pay and Google Pay | Mobile wallets, also in the payment icons |
| Skrill, Neteller, Revolut and MiFinity | E-wallets |
| Bank transfer | Slower than cards, mobile wallets and crypto |
| Crypto | Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Solana and USDT |
Minimum deposits are quoted from €5 to €10 and minimum withdrawals from €10 to €20, depending on the page. Payouts are quoted as within 24 hours or one to three working days after verification, and one page gives a daily payout limit of €10,000. A card payment in euros usually goes through a currency conversion at your bank, which can add a charge, and some Canadian banks decline gambling transactions on credit cards. Check the cashier for fees and limits before you deposit.
Verification is a standard step, usually required before the first withdrawal and sometimes asked for again later. Expect to send a photo ID, proof of address and, for some methods, proof that the payment method is yours. Payments must be in your own name. Upload documents only through your Grattiano account or the casino's own support, never through an information page like this one, and verify soon after registering so that a withdrawal is not held up later.
Registration takes a few minutes, and once the account exists you sign in with the e-mail address and password you chose.
You must be at least 18, and in most provinces 19. Use your real details, because names that do not match are a common reason for held withdrawals.
Use the Log in button with your e-mail address and password. If you forget the password, use the reset option on the login screen or ask live support. Never share your password with anyone who claims to be support.
The same lobby, cashier and support open in a phone browser. Pages also mention a casino app with an install prompt, which is a web app placed on your home screen and not a download from an app store. On an iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android, use the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app.
Support and player protection matter more at an offshore site, because there is no provincial body to fall back on.
Support is described as live chat and e-mail, open around the clock. When you write about a payment or a bonus, include the date, the amount and a screenshot of the transaction or the promotion terms, and write from the e-mail address registered on the account.
Grattiano says it provides responsible gaming tools, and those tools work on Grattiano only, so keep your own budget and time limit as well. Free, confidential help is available at any hour: ConnexOntario takes calls on 1-866-531-2600, accepts texts to 247247 with the word CONNEX and runs a live chat. Players outside Ontario can ask their provincial health or gambling-support service for the local line.
